The business is built on computerised management information systems, robust manufacturing disciplines, structured processes based on best practice and effective management controls, all within a culture of continuous improvement.

Rayburn has invested in IT and machine tool technology to provide a comprehensive machining and assembly capability.

Rayburn has invested in sophisticated management information systems with a sage line 500 Enterprise Resource Planning, fully integrated with a Seiki Production Scheduler and manufacturing control with shop floor and machine data collection.

A range of 3D modelling CAD / CAM systems and a comprehensive range of 20 CNC machine tools some with 3 axis capability.

Rayburn are able to provide reliable scheduled batches as well as very short lead time and breakdown machining.

We also have a specialist product and project management team that combines our comprehensive machining service in partnership with other subcontracted specialist services, to research and develop the manufacture of special or customised products, often in specialist materials, that are managed by us as a hassle free turnkey project.
