Our engineering sales team are dedicated to working in partnership with our customers, right through from the initial enquiry, pre production design and development to establish the most cost effective manufacturing and material suitability, including cost reduction through manufacture to on time delivery.

Rayburn's core business is the machining of prototype and batch components from customer drawings or models. We have access to a huge range of metal and plastic materials, in stock or on very short lead times. We can also use free issued material. Whatever the source all materials have full traceability throughout manufacture.

Along side our core machining and assembly service, Rayburn has a specialist team dedicated to meeting customers needs for the unusual components and specialist products that are difficult to source. Our specialist team has extensive knowledge and experience of industrial and decorative plastics as well as access to partner companies that provide and develop specialist and bespoke manufacturing processes to meet even the most unusual and specific customer needs.
