CNC Programmer Needed 

We are looking for an experienced CNC programmer to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.

We manufacture Components from a vast range of materials from soft plastics through to hard steels.

CNC Milling Machines at Rayburn:

  • Mazak FJV 200 X 1
  • Fanuc Robo Drills x5
  • Bridgeport 500 -1000 X5
  • HAAS VF4SS X3
  • HAAS Tool Room Miller x2
  • HAAS Super Mini Mill X 1
  • AXYZ Router X 1

CNC Lathes at Rayburn:

  • Mazak QT 250 MS with bar feed
  • Mazak QT 250 MY with bar feed

CNC CMM:

  • Aberlink Axiom too

Requirements

The right candidate for the position will have the following skills.

  • CAD: Competent using Solidworks
  • CAM: Competent using SolidCAM 2.5D and advanced 3D (Please also apply if you have experience in AlphaCAM)
  • Able to set and operate 3 Axis HAAS CNC Milling machine. (Please also apply if you have experience in Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc.)
  • Able to read technical drawings to a high level.
  • Able to use measuring equipment.
  • Have machining experience in a variety of materials.

Non-essential: if you have experience in the following areas please state when applying for the position.

  • Machine maintenance
  • CNC CMM experience
  • 4/ 5 Axis experience
  • HMC experience
  • Turning experience Manual or/and CNC
  • Manual milling experience
  • 5S experience
  • 6 sigma experience
  • Robotic integration / line builder experience. (Fanuc, ABB, Etc.)

CNC (VMC) Setter Operator Needed

We are looking for an experienced Milling CNC Setter/ Operator to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.

We manufacture Components from a vast range of materials from soft plastics through to hard steels.

CNC Milling Machines at Rayburn:

  • Mazak FJV 200 X 1
  • Fanuc Robo Drills x5

Requirements

Duties will include setting and operating of HAAS and Fanuc controlled machines.

To apply for this vacancy, please ensure that you have the following experience.

Previous experience in operating and setting a VMC and/ or HMC CNC machine in the last two years.

Competent in setting and operating a Fanuc and HAAS milling machine

Ability to read engineering drawings to a high standard.

Ability to use measuring equipment such as a Vernier Calliper.

Ability to follow instructions from a line manager.

Ability to work well in a team environment.
